To this end, this project aims to create a "Global Well-Being Circuit through Food".

Goals of this project

The goal of this project is to establish AI Nutrition, which realizes "health from food" based on scientific evidence, by 2030 through making full use of digital technology. We are also working toward the future beyond that.

Technologies to be created

As this project moves forward, we plan to create food processing technologies, technologies for analyzing and controlling physiological conditions, and technologies for analyzing these technologies using AI.
